Agile HR Analytics was born from the recognition of a critical gap in the HR-analytics technology market.
Iman Eftekhari, a serial entrepreneur with a strong background in AI, analytics, and Microsoft technologies, developed an initial accelerator solution for HR analytics at Agile Insights – a leading Microsoft Gold Partner in Data & AI – laying the foundation for what would become a revolutionary approach to people analytics.
This initial solution caught the attention of Dr Philip Gibbs, a seasoned people analytics practitioner who had worked in some of the most progressive and advanced HR functions. Philip had observed that many medium to large-sized organizations lacked the capabilities to drive meaningful people analytics initiatives. Many HR functions were struggling just to modernize their basic HR systems, often relabeling traditional operational reporting teams as “people analytics” without truly evolving their capabilities.
The two founders recognized a unique opportunity to collaborate and address together the challenges faced by HR departments:
