“If only I 'd listened to my body 10 years ago and given myself permission to accept what was going on. In my mid to late 40’s. I tried to do the same stuff as always but I felt sluggish in the morning and it took a long time to get me motivated and productive. I was truly unhappy, always feeling teary and my period were on and off - so irregular .
Then in my early 50’s, the night sweats began and I would wake up 2am and could not sleep until the heat settled. I was feeling moody, angry and even depressed. Nowadays I am taking HRT and my moods and sleep are ok. Importantly, I've started my yoga journey now.
