About this event

Artful Yoga Gallery: A Sanctuary for Union & Healing

Artful Yoga Gallery is a space where all the arts—including yoga and meditation—come together in union. (The word "yoga" comes from Sanskrit, meaning union.)

In a world where so many feel disconnected, stressed, overwhelmed, and avoidant, Artful Yoga Gallery stands as a not-for-profit sanctuary dedicated to guiding individuals back to themselves. This, after all, is the true purpose of yoga.

The community is warm, and the space feels expansive yet safe—like stepping into a nurturing home where you can rest, reconnect, and simply be.

Weekly Yin & Meditation Sessions

🧘 Every Thursday at Artful Yoga Gallery, we host a gentle Yin yoga practice (45 min) followed by a guided meditation (10-15 min).

🌿 This practice is open to all levels—whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a complete beginner, a family looking to bond, or someone seeking support and care. It’s a space to remember that no matter what life throws your way, when you have the tools to care for your mind, body, and emotions, you can navigate anything.

About Your Teacher: Neha Kumar

Neha Kumar, the founder of Artful Yoga Gallery, is the lead yoga and meditation teacher. With a background in science and a deep commitment to spiritual and personal development, she weaves philosophy into every class—ensuring that the tools learned on the mat can be applied to everyday life.

A teacher for over eight years, Neha is passionate about guiding others out of the mind’s chatter and back into their bodies. Her love for teaching was born out of personal experience—ten years ago, yoga and meditation helped her heal from clinical depression. Now, she shares these transformative practices to help others find peace and resilience.

Organized by

Since the beginning of time, humans have sought to find communities to belong to. Historically for safety and protection, yes, but more recently for inspiration and connection.

We bring events together for our communities that help us evolve and heal. We use Art as the medium in its many forms.

Ultimately these events are journey's back to Self - to know who we truly are, to feel truly connected and to have experienced unconditional love.
