Join us for a magical night of breathwork and sound healing on the winter solstice at the Swanbourne Nedlands Surf Life Saving Club.

This date marks the longest night and the shortest day of the year. It’s a time of introspection, stillness, and renewal.

Hope will lead the breathwork and the focus of the breathwork will be returning to the light within, moving from deep stillness and reflection into renewal. She will guide you through Somatic Arrival & Grounding, Intention Setting & Breath Meditation.

We will then transition into the sound healing with Fiorino, Ricky and myself with a lot of instruments. The vibrations and frequencies from sound healing can support deep healing and energetic alignment for the new cycle and returning to the light.It’s the perfect environment to reset, reflect, and open yourself to new possibilities as you align with the natural world.

The stillness of winter, the rhythmic sounds of the ocean, and the transformative practices of breathwork and sound healing can create an incredibly nurturing and transformative experience.
