Come along and take part in Whistle While You Write—a lively and interactive adventure inspired by the book Mavey and Beth’s Double Act: Where’s My Whistle?
Led by author Kristy Nita Brown, this workshop blends storytelling, creativity, and music in a way that gets everyone involved. Children will explore how stories are created, make and decorate their very own kazoo, and star in a joyful kazoo choir performance!
And yes—every child keeps their kazoo!
This unforgettable hour is all about imagination, laughter, and finding your creative voice. Don’t miss it!
This workshop is suitable for children aged 6-12 years.
Please be advised that children under the age of 13 years are to be accompanied by an adult at this activity.
If you are unwell or cannot attend, please contact the library as soon as you are able to allow someone else to take your place.
