Boat - MV Calmer

Dates - Saturday 14th June

Times - 7:30pm - 90 minute cruise - includes pick up and drop off

Pickup/Drop Off Location - King Street Wharf No. 6 (Exact Wharf Number will be emailed 48 hours before the cruise) CHECK WHARF NUMBERS AND TIMES IN PICTURE BELOW.

Alcohol - Beers, champagne, spirits, mixers available at the bar to purchase.

Food - Burgers, Fries, Spring Rolls available to purchase

Kindly note this is an ALL AGES Event, Everyone is welcomed with a valid ticket.

Cancellation, Changes, Weather, Refunds:

- No Refunds ! No Exceptions !

- Valid for date and time selected at time of purchase only - strictly no change permitted so please select carefully. No refund for preferred date not available

- In cases of bad weather: please be advised that all cruises will go ahead, unless the boat has stated otherwise

- If your selected cruise cannot go ahead you will be notified and we will endeavour to secure you a suitable alternative booking. Full Refunds will be made for cruises cancelled by the boat should no suitable alternative booking be found.

This event is being held in line with NSW Government health and COVID-19 restrictions. All guests, staff and performers will need to abide by social distancing practice (if imposed by the NSW government)

Things to Remember:

- Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the wharf, Vivid is a busy period & it is advised to be at pickup location 30 minutes early. When planning your travel to the wharf allow time for public transport dleays, changes and or finding yoour own parking and walk time.

- There will be no refunds or change of slots, if you missed the booked boat slot.

- Cruise times include boarding time and disembarkment.

- Everyone requires a ticket (Kids Tickets are not free, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if child doesn't have a ticket)

- Prams are allowed (You will need to fold them before taking them onboard with you)

- NO Wheelchair Access

- It is not a BYO - You can not bring your own Food & Drinks onboard.

- For Safety, No Skinny Heels allowed

- No outside food & drinks is permitted onboard.

- Limited Seating - First Come First Serve only

Please note - With an exceptionally high demand of tickets each year, we cannot guarantee any last minute spots (if you or friends miss out on buying in advance), please make sure you have purchased your tickets as soon as possible.

Please note - Open Air Rooftops are used as Lounge area and have capacity limits. Whole capacity (400 people) of the boat cannot be on the rooftop all at once, due to safety reasons. However, boat has a 360 Balcony on all levels.

Please note - As a liscenced venue ALL EVENT CRUISES reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder.
