This program runs for 10 consecutive weeks every Tuesday!

About this event

The one-hour sessions will involve 40 - 45 minutes of exercise, including warm up and cool down phases. The remaining time will be dedicated to sharing fitness information, questions and discussion.

You will build strength and improve mobility in these enjoyable outdoor sessions. Strength exercises will mainly involve standing and seated posture using equipment such as resistance bands and dumbbells. We’ll get in some ‘huff and puff’ activities to improve your fitness with a combination of brisk walking and whole-body movements.

10 Week Series Dates:

Week 1 - Tuesday 22nd July

Week2 - Tuesday 29th July

Week 3 - Tuesday 5th August

Week 4 - Tuesday 12th August

Week 5 - Tuesday 19th August

Week 6 - Tuesday 26th August

Week 9 - Tuesday 16th September

Week 10 - Tuesday 23rd September

Registrations for the entire 10 week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.

Note: New participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise screening prior to participating in the program. Please complete here as well as the Baseline survey found here. Please note, these must both be completed prior to participating.
