Diana Cardenas, Conservation & Environmental Expert

A passionate biologist and conservationist dedicated to sustainability and environmental stewardship, Diana began her career as a Conservation Manager in Ecuador and later oversaw all global Conservation Projects for Young Living, ensuring sustainability remained central to the organisation’s mission. As part of the Sourcing Team, she works closely with suppliers to implement ethical and environmentally conscious practices and now leads sourcing efforts across the APAC region. A firm believer in Young Living’s Seed to Seal commitment, Diana is also an on-the-ground auditor, ensuring sustainable standards are upheld worldwide.
