We begin your journey by setting a clear intention and cleansing the space with palo santo. This ritual cultivates a sacred environment, allowing you to release what no longer serves you while connecting with the healing energies of Reiki and the transformative power of Full Spectrum healing. During this time, we encourage you to write down what you wish to let go of, facilitating its release through the flow of Reiki energy.

The session includes individual heart chakra activation and crown chakra clearing, complemented by a soothing self-care exercise and meditation.
