Is the food Gluten Free and Vegan?

Yes, all the snacks on the platter will be gluten free and vegan for you to enjoy after the experience. It is there to ground you back into your body

Is there parking at Self Love Lounge?

Right outside our building is parking and on Douglas Street and if there's nothing there then drive down the courtyard, there will be parking available. Evenings is a great time for easy parking in Milton =)

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely ! Healing is nice to enjoy together with a loved one or friend. You are most welcome to bring someone along with you, just purchase them a ticket too, or send them the link.

What if I don't know anyone?

If your coming alone, please be super excited our space is relaxing, calming and everyone is very welcome the moment you walk in the door. We promise it will be a beautiful experience and your right where your meant to be x
