Welcome to PawFlow Puppy Yoga, brought to you by FurryTale Co.!

Join us for a fun, heartwarming, and relaxing yoga session surrounded by adorable puppies at Compton Business Park, Underwood.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a yoga lover, everyone is welcome. No need to bring your own dog — all puppies at the class are provided in partnership with registered breeders, specially selected to bring joy and calm to your practice.

Our experienced yoga instructors will lead you through a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow, while playful puppies freely roam around, offering cuddles, giggles, and a unique wellness experience.

👥 Multilingual-friendly environment — we welcome speakers of English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean.

👕 What to Wear:

No fancy gear required — comfort is key. Feel free to wear your favourite yoga outfit or just light, comfy activewear. Please note: this is a no-shoes class, so bring socks.
