Hey LGBTIQ+ Sistergirl & Brotherboy young people aged 12–24 in Logan and surrounds! Ready to express yourself, connect with community, and explore your identity through art? Join our 10-week PRIDE Art Therapy Program, facilitated by award-winning art therapist Mikarla Teague .

🖌️ What to Expect:

  • Weekly 2-hour sessions at Open Doors Youth Service’s new Logan Hub
  • A safe, inclusive space to process identity, explore emotions, and build confidence
  • Guided art-making and therapeutic reflection to foster connection and resilience

This program is designed to support your mental health and wellbeing through creative expression. Whether you're an experienced artist or just curious, all skill levels are welcome!

We’re so excited to welcome you to Pride Art Therapy! Before joining us, here are a few quick things to keep in mind:

If you’re new to Open Doors Youth Service, just fill out our easy online referral form at this link, and our amazing intake worker, will be in touch to get you started.

Our groups are super popular, so don’t forget to register! If registration is closed, it means the group is full—but no worries! We’ve got other awesome groups and we meet every fortnight, so there’s always another opportunity to join in.

If you’ve signed up but can’t make it, please cancel your spot on Eventbrite so someone else can jump in. You can find out how to cancel here.

To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we’ll share the group’s location with you after you’ve registered.

If you need any extra support from our staff or have your own NDIS support worker to help you attend, we’ll just need to grab a few details so please give us a call.
