On the grill: a Five Founders OP Rib on the Bone — a premium cut from cattle ethically raised by the North Australian Pastoral Company. Sourced from one of the most pristine regions in the world, Five Founders is Australia’s first certified carbon-neutral beef, free from added hormones and MSA graded for tenderness and flavour. It’s beef the way nature intended — rich, juicy, and unforgettable.

To complement the feast, enjoy a curated selection of beverages from XXXX, O'Leary Walker Wines, and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. The menu is rounded out with fresh, seasonal produce, generously supplied by Infruit, bringing colour and balance to every plate.

Guiding the afternoon’s entertainment is Peter Fegan (4BC & Channel 9), keeping spirits high and the laughter flowing.

Seats are strictly limited — secure your spot now and be part of an unforgettable afternoon at Brisbane’s iconic home of beef.
