Enjoy relaxation, self care and creative expression all at the same time.

Join artist Louise Hamill for a guided meditation and singing bowl, followed by two hours of mindful drawing and painting, with singing bowl and guided medition to finish your relaxation/creative experience.

A wide range of painting and drawing materials are provided, including watercolours, pencils, marker pens and inks - so you can enjoy different art mediums that will assist in bringing your innate creativity to the surface.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is free parking behind the venue, if there are no spaces available there is also a mix of paid and free parking on the streets near by

Is there food provided?

Tea, coffee and water are provided, however there is no food provided. You are most welcome to bring lunch or snacks to nibble on however!

What art materials are provided for the workshop?

All art materials are provided for the workshop, they are a wide range of colour and watercolour pencils, felt and permanent marker pens, watercolours paints, black Indian ink, crayons and pastels and a wide range of art papers including watercolour paper and holographic card!

Is the workshop beginner friendly?

Absolutely! This workshop is friendly for beginners through to intermediate and long time professional artists.

Do I need to bring anything?

I have some great art books for inspiration but you are more than welcome to bring any source material that interests you that may help spark your imagination! Aside from that, just bring yourself!

Can I take my artwork home at the end?

Most definitely! You will receive a folder or plastic pocket at the end to keep all your artworks in that you do on that day.
