Take a break from your caring role and join us for a supportive and understanding group session designed for mental health carers. This event is for those caring for a young person aged 12–25 who is experiencing mental health challenges.
This event is facilitated by a HelpingMinds Carer Peer Support Worker, with the space generously provided by headspace Rockingham. It offers a safe and welcoming environment to connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange insights, and find support as you navigate the challenges of caring for a loved one with mental health concerns. Whether you're new to the caring role or have been supporting someone for a while, you're not alone—come along and be part of a community that understands.
Please note: Registration and a completed consent form are required to attend.
