    How do I find my date(s)?

    First off, wear something that stands out a bit, because 2 hours before the event, you'll fill out a temporary profile (what you're wearing and what your interests are). Then, you'll be given an exact address and map to get there. On top of that, you can chat with your date a few minutes before.

    What is the latest time I can register?

    You can register up to 3 hour before the event, but we highly encourage you to register much earlier to ensure your spot and not be in such a rush!

    What should I bring to the event?

    Just bring yourself, a positive vibe, and your phone (fully charged!) And yes, you can bring your dog.

    Where exactly do I go?

    Find the white circles map at the top of the page, that’s where your walking routes begin. 2 hours before the event, we “close the doors” and finalize paths for you and your dates. You’ll then receive your exact starting location through the app. More info is given after payment.

    What happens after I buy my ticket?

    After buying your ticket, check your email—you’ll create an account at https://urbanspark.dating. Log in, and you’ll be prompted to download our app. If needed, download it directly from https://install.page/urbansparkdating.

    How can I get in touch with support?

    What if there are not enough people?

    8pm the evening before the event, we check the number of attendees. As long as there are at least 5 men and 5 women, we will go ahead with the event. However, make sure to keep an eye on your email at this point. We always aim to fill every event we host. There is no risk for you.

    Our weather check

    We check the weather 18 hours before your event. We cancel if there’s a 60% or higher chance of rain, more than light rainfall expected, or winds of 15 mph or stronger. You can book into a future event or request a full refund.
