About this event

  • Event lasts 5 hours

The Dayboro Scouts Group and Dayboro Lions are coming together with PRCA to host a catchment care day: together we will be removing large weeds within the Lee’s Crossing Reserve (Castor Oil plant, Devil’s Fig, Madeira vine & clumping grasses).
We will also be planting some native riparian species, to reinvigorate the reserve, and bring it back to health.

This is a family friendly event, so we encourage everyone to attend. The Dayboro Lions will also be catering for us, so be sure to RSVP.

As this is an outdoor event, please also remember to bring/wear:

  • Hat
  • Gloves
  • Long sleeves
  • Long pants
  • Enclosed shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug spray

*Note: Parking will be in the paddock adjacent to the site, with a few spaces available accross the road. Please be mindful that this can be a busy road.
