Learn to prepare tender cabbage leaves using our cherished village recipe.
Make the fragrant rice filling with tomato, parsley, and homemade seven spice, then roll and cook your malfouf in our kitchen.
Take home your creations, enjoy our homemade Lebanese snacks during class, and optionally purchase an authentic Malfouf Mahshi stone for perfect rolls every time! 🙏🏽
