What should I bring?

Please remember to bring your apron, clips, sectioning clips, comb, tail comb, blow-dryer, thermal brushes, straightening iron etc

What time does the workshop start?

The workshop will start promptly at 10am, please ensure you allow appropriate time to arrive at the venue before then.

Is my ticket refundable if I cannot attend for any reason?

We have a strict 21 business day cancellation policy for Guest Artist events. If you need to cancel please - Log in to Eventbrite. Go to Tickets. Find the order you want refunded, then select Request a refund. Enter your details and submit your request.

How late can I purchase a ticket to this event?

We have a strict 21 business day ticket sales cut-off date for Guest Artists. This is to ensure we can supply all required products and workbooks for the workshop

Do I need to bring a model?

Medium to long length hair model that requires balayage/foilage technique. No major colour correction. eg. No box dye removal, no full head scalp bleach. Models hair needs to be in adequate condition for lightening work. PRE-APPROVAL VIA SUBMITTED PHOTO IS REQUIRED.
