Welcome to Camp Jarrahfall Family Weekend 2025!
Join us for a weekend of outdoor fun and adventure at Jarrahfall Bush Camp. The Camp Jarrahfall Family Weekend will run from the 3rd to the 6th of October, 2025.
Weekend passes grant access to children's activities, live music, and family activities.
Single day passes will also be available for Saturday only.
Activities are designed for 6 to 12-year-olds; however, the big kids can get involved too!
Flying Fox tickets are sold separately, please book your session with your entry ticket.
Note: For the Flying Fox, children must be 5 and over (and need to be able to fit a harness). Children under 10 must be accompanied up the stairs of the tower by a parent or guardian.
The event is located at Jarrahfall Bush Camp in Dwellingup, an hour south of Perth.
Frequently asked questions
Campgrounds open at 10 am Friday, and gates close strictly at 6 pm each night.
Campers will need to checkout by 12 noon on the Monday.
Unfortunately, there are no extra night tickets available.
Jarrahfall Bush Camp is committed to following the current Government mandates relevant to our industry. Currently there are no mandates or restrictions on this event.
Generators are permitted but must be switched off by 8pm each evening and are not permitted to be switched on until 7am each morning.
There are noise restrictions at 10pm each night in the camping grounds. This is a family friendly event so please respect other campers by turning off music no later than 10 pm each night and keeping noise to a minimum.
To enter Jarrahfall Bush Camp, you will need a printed or digital ticket QR code and present it for scanning at the gate. You will be given your armband and program booklet and then directed where to go.
For the safety of all patrons, vehicle movement in the campgrounds will be restricted from 6pm each evening until 6am the following morning. Please see a member of staff should an emergency arise and you need to move your vehicle between these hours, an escort will be provided.
Personal Gas BBQs are allowed but campfires are dependent on Murray Shire Council and DFES advice at the time. At times where fires are allowed, they must be in raised fire pits, no fires are to be made directly on the ground. Please do not leave behind fire scars or other evidence of a campfire.
PLEASE NOTE: camping sites and NOT powered and there are limited shower facilities. Toilets are located throughout the grounds and there are limited shower facilities available. Drinking water is available throughout the site for filling water containers.
You are welcome to bring your own food. Food will be available to purchase from various food vendors over the weekend.
Please leave the camp site the way you found it. BYO rubbish bags and take your rubbish with you. Please pay particular attention to the disposal of plastics and cigarette butts. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if your camp site is left in a poor condition.
Attendees must be aware that photographers will be present, and attendees may be photographed, and their images used in social media. Cameras are allowed – feel free to document the experience and share it with your friends. Please note that the use of personal drones is not permitted at the event.
Jarrahfall does not refund the cost of any tickets except if the event is cancelled by the organiser. Ticket holders who do not match the identity of the ticket purchaser may be refused entry.

Jarrahfall is a rustic bush location with unsealed tracks and paths. We highly recommend that you contact us for more information and to discuss if the event venue is suitable with regard to your specific needs and concerns. We are not equipped to determine the site's suitability for your needs.
Pets are not allowed during Jarrahfall events for the comfort of other patrons.
Patrons are permitted to BYO. Glass bottles are not permitted outside of your camp kitchen. Alcohol is not for sale at Jarrahfall Events. Please note, anti-social behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your ejection from the event.
The camping area does not have sites marked or allocated. You should plan to arrive as early as possible on roll in day and arrive together with anyone you want to camp with or near.
Both tents and campervans are allowed on site. There will be a designated tent zone.
Yes. Glamping is available to book. You will need to purchase a camping ticket along with the glamping tent.
