Hosted by the extraordinary Alice Lynch, National Jameson Ambassador, this experience brings you closer to Ireland’s rich whiskey heritage. Expertly trained at the renowned Jameson Midleton Distillery, Alice shares her unparalleled expertise and passion for the craft.

Over 60 minutes, you’ll taste Ireland’s finest whiskey expressions; Jameson Black Barrel, James Single Pot Still, Jameson 18 Year, Yellow Spot 12 Year, Redbreast Lustau & Midleton Very Rare 24.

To enhance your experience, enjoy a selection of carefully paired cheese platters, thoughtfully chosen to complement and elevate the unique flavours of each whiskey. This masterclass is more than a tasting - it’s a celebration of Irish culture, tradition and community, promising an unforgettable evening for whiskey lovers and the whiskey-curious alike.

Recapturing the convivial spirit of Sydney’s formative years, The Doss House unites fine whiskies, spirits & cocktails with the historical charm of one of the city’s oldest suburbs, The Rocks. The original sandstone walls bring warmth to this unique basement bar which features a beautiful terrace area & rare original fireplaces.

Built in the 1840s, this space has been the home to a rich, eclectic collection of tenants including a boot maker, boarding house, doctor’s surgery & opium dealer, some which have been entwined within the interiors of the five, cosy bar spaces.
