Let's celebrate with a morning vinyasa flow to move, breathe and be one with our planet.
The 2025 theme highlights yoga’s role in promoting physical, mental, and environmental well-being, aligning with global calls for sustainability and unity.
The event will include morning vinyasa flow (45 minutes) and Reiki meditation (15 minutes).
What to bring: Yoga mat, small blanket/big towel (for savasana & reiki), comfortable clothes (layers of clothing including jumper & socks), water (please drink a lot of water after the class, very important after reiki) and your absolute presence (being present).
