✨Turns out our lineup was so good, even Michelin royalty Marco Pierre White and his foodie entourage couldn’t resist setting up kitchen at the HOTA precinct on our initial date!

We figured we’d let them enjoy time in the spotlight then it’s our turn to shine! We are bringing the flavour, fun, and foodie favourites to the Gold Coast on our NEW DATE on Saturday, 12th July aligning with HoTA’s Wonder 2025 and Luminara also lighting up the evening.

🍜 The Gold Coast is set to come alive with colour, culture and cuisine as the HOTA Hawker Night Markets return for an open-air celebration inspired by the bustling hawker centres of Southeast Asia.

✨ From 4pm, the precinct transforms into a delicious explosion of colour, flavour and delicious chaos of over 150 food and unique artisan stalls, dishing up everything from spicy dumplings and un-banh-lievable banh mi to the sweetest of treats.

🌃 Once you’ve gathered your gourmet haul it’s time to head to the lawn, kick back with your crew and soak in the sparkling views of Surfers Paradise. Oh, and the entertainment doesn’t stop at the incredible live bands, with roving street performers and fire twirlers popping up to bring that extra hawker magic.
