HHP Presents: Sunday Service

Join our monthly signature happiness session, Sunday Service.

What is it?

On the first Sunday of the month over winter, we meet for breathwork, ice baths and most importantly, connection, at Coogee Beach from 8:00 am, followed by a cafe catch-up.

Give yourself a mental, physical, and social boost with a bunch of like-minded humans at the beach. Round off your week right, set yourself up for the next one, and get that connection you’re craving.

Bring swimmers, towel, and something warm for after.
