Join us for an uplifting and supportive gathering at HSA's Peer Support Group.
This free in-person event occurs on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1-3 Hill View Place, Bentley WA, Australia.

Our group offers a safe space to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with a heart condition. Share your experiences, gain valuable insights, and find comfort in the company of fellow heart warriors.

Together, we'll navigate this journey with empathy and encouragement. Come and be a part of our caring community!

Parking is free, plentiful, and easy. The venue has a lift and is fully accessible.

Do I have to become a member or make a commitment?

No. But regular attendance will bring better outcomes for you

Who will be there?

People like you. People living with heart disease, or who have experienced heart surgery/procedures at any age in life. The group is facilitated by a heart bypass survivor who has a TAFE qualification in community services.

What happens in the group?

There is a loose agenda beginning with a brief welcome and introduction, followed by group conversation and sharing of experiences. Each month there is an education topic. There may be an invited guest speaker.
