Healthy Lifestyle and Chronic Disease Prevention
Have you ever wondered what it really means to live a healthy lifestyle? Come along to this nutrition presentation and find out how to prevent chronic disease and live well into older age by following a few simple steps to a healthy lifestyle. Discover what a balanced diet actually means, as well how much physical activity you really need to stay strong. This session is facilitated by nutritionist, Sarah Moore (BSc, MPH).
