This event is only for people who identify as female and non-binary :)

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! The majority of people come alone and honestly, you get more out of the experience coming solo as you are pushed outside of your comfort zone.

What's the age range?

There's no age range for this event! If you're a fan of fitness and new friends, we encourage you to join :) *Generally our events attract a crowd between 18-35 years old*

I'm worried it's going to be awkward

We know how daunting it can be to put yourself out there, however, the last thing to worry about is awkwardness! We planned this event assuming everyone coming would be awkward and mute (though that certainly won’t be the case). There will be conversation starters and social games throughout.
