What do I need to Participate?

Bring whatever makes you feel comfortable - There will be some Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available, but please feel free to bring anything that would help you feel more comfortable. Wear comfortable clothing, thongs/sandals or easy to remove footwear. Water, notebook and pen for journaling.

What can I expect at the session?

You can expect a warm welcome. An inviting atmosphere with lots of good people to connect with. Hot Cacao to warm the belly. An energising and invigorating style of breathwork which will create energy and take you ups the mountain then a beautiful relaxing ride back down the mountain.

Who will be facilitating the session?

Brad Levey will be the main facilitator. Brad is the founder of Boundless Breath – Brad is a father, a Breathwork facilitator, Hypnotherapist, Transformational Coach, and Energy healer.

Do I need to have experience with breathwork to participate?

No, this session is suited to beginners or seasoned professionals.
