The Data Mornings community is growing, and we are so excited to be hosted by the Technology Team at Virgin Australia - on the rooftop of the Flight Centre building!

Be part of a growing network of Women working within Data across Brisbane.

Our purpose is to support and elevate Women working in Data. It’s a space to connect, share insights, and stay on top of trends - across tools, industries, and career stages.

It’s been wonderful to see genuine connections forming, and we are excited to welcome new faces and continue building this community.

Where: Virgin Australia, Level 15 Rooftop, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane
Time: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM
Coffee on us!

Data Mornings will kick off with a spotlight session (8:00–8:15am)

The session will be led by our hosts:

• Emma Taylor, Head of Technology | Virgin Australia (TBC)
• Lorena Ikić, Senior Manager Data Platforms | Virgin Australia

While the exact topic is still to be confirmed, you can expect an engaging conversation starter around data or technology, soft skills, career growth, achievements or projects.

From 8:15am the coffee should have kicked in and so networking will commence.

Future Sessions:

We are running these sessions every 6 to 8 weeks, and plans are already underway for the next few events.

If your office or building has a space that could host a future catch-up, I’d love to hear from you. Ideally looking at venues in the CBD, South Brisbane, or Fortitude Valley.
