In this session we will explore how to successfully navigate a market review looking at the process of initiating and undertaking a market rent review with some tips on how to avoid usual blunders that lead to dispute. We will also take a closer look at how the courts have considered market rent and address issues in assessing comparable properties and the treatment of incentives and other typical matters.
