Tickets are not assigned to individual guests. The ticket buyer will receive all tickets associated with the purchase within 72 Hours and can simply forward them via email to their guests for use at registration.

The event is non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else so that they can attend Business & Beyond

Seating is unreserved in each ticket class. Arrive early to secure the best seat & increase the chances of your group sitting together.

Yes, everyone must register upon arrival at the event. All attendees will be required to scan their ticket to receive their event credentials & event workbook. Each attendee must have a ticket to register.

No - lunch will not be provided. At each venue, there are a variety of food options and outlets available for attendees to choose from during the lunch break

Yes! You can still register upon arrival if you arrive late after the initial registration time has passed.

The event is strictly live and in-person and will not be available to experience post-event.

Robert Herjavec will be speaking after lunch for approximately one hour. Please note that all speaker timings are subject to change. To make the most of the event and gain insights from our incredible lineup, we encourage you to attend for the full day.

We highly recommend attending the full event, as the sessions are thoughtfully designed to build on each other throughout the day. You’re welcome to come and go. We just ask that movement is kept to a minimum during presentations to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

No under-10s policy, with the exception of newborn babies, as we understand the need for feeding and care. We’re unable to allow toddlers or young children to attend, as this has led to complaints in the past. 11-16 may attend, provided they are accompanied by an adult and both have paid tickets.
