Designed by accredited coaches and based on research in children’s physical development, our program is safe, fun, and driven by passion! Tailored specifically for kids aged 7-13, we focus on:

  • Age-appropriate training to enhance speed, endurance, strength, and agility
  • Fun activities that develop self-confidence and resillience for well-being
  • A supportive environment that encourages friendship and personal growth

Our planned schedule is outlined in the image above. As an overview, there are upto 10-sessions across the week at different times throughout the year:

How Does It Work?

Rather than paying at each session, weekly, or per term, you can sign up for coaching on a month to month basis:

  • Pricing: the price you see is how much you pay for the Monthly Ticket
  • Tickets: you can attend weekly sessions within the same month indicated on the ticket
  • Sessions: select a start date at checkout and attend on the same day each week

Frequently asked questions

How old does my child need to be to attend?

This program is designed for children of various ages and abilities, however we typically see kids around 7-13. For information about other age groups, please get in contact.

Do parents have to attend at each session?

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We understand some parents work during this time, so it's essential you organise someone to mind your child, such as a relative or friend, while they attending coaching.

My child experiences anxiety / ADHD or ASD / neurodiverse, can they join?

While our program is designed for the general public, we encourage parents to discuss reasonable accomodations in advance. With mindful onboarding, we have seen these kids do well in this program.

I don't see an option to choose my preferred venue/time/day

You can select any event then click on the ticket button. As you go through the checkout, there will be an option to choose any of our available sessions. We can also change your session post-sale if you made a mistake.

Under what conditions would an event get cancelled, rescheduled, postponed?

"Cancelled" means not enough participants signed up for a particular session, you can either reschedule to another available session time or request a refund. "Reschedule" means you can attend another session in the same week. "Postponed" means the session will happen at a later time.

Can we do a free trial?

Free trials are not available as sessions are provided by an independent coach rather than a club. You can sign up for one month to give us a try with no ongoing commitment and zero cancellation fees.

Can our kids join using the FairPlay voucher?

Unfortunately this program is not eligible for the FairPlay voucher since we provide just coaching and do not operate as a club. This is something we would like to provide in the future, so please reach out via the contact form to receive updates.

What are the discounts and promo codes

If you receive our emails or follow us on Facebook, look out for codes you can enter manually during checkout. Public promo codes may be available through EventBrite and these are applied automatically. In some situations you may need to apply a code before certain private tickets become visible.

Are there any other fees associated with coaching sessions?

We don't charge a membership or sign up fee; but if you are attending one of our sessions at QSAC, there is a track entry fee of $6 per athlete that is paid on admittance to the venue.

Can I attend two or more sessions per week?

Please get in contact to discuss session availability and prices.

I previously purchased 6-sessions and have some remaining, what happens now that payment is monthly

If you have any sessions remaining from previous years, you will be able to use them during select periods throughout 2025. These periods will be announced by email, but typically occur around school holiday. During each school term, please buy the respective monthly ticket to continue coaching.

What activities are involved in this program?

Each session includes a warm up, games & exercises, finishing with a cool down. We use games to develop sprinting and distance running and to improve FUNdamental movement skills. This program includes aspects of Mobility, Stability, Agility, Speed, Strength, Power for a well rounded aspiring athlete

My child has poor running form/technique, do you work on their technique?

This program focuses on fundamental movement patterns to naturally improve common faults. In our group sessions we do not address specific personal technical issues an individual might have. For specific and personalised coaching of technique, please see our Private Coaching options.

My family is based in Logan/Ipswich/the Northside can we attend

You are more than welcome to make the trip to our unique kids running group in Brisbane. Why not make it a weekly family night out?

My child does Little Athletics/athletics club/run club can we join?

Yes, I am an independent coach offering coaching to the public to improve the skills of beginner runners. You don't have to leave your current centre or club, this program will compliment your child's development.
