About this event

Step away from the stress, the noise, and the never-ending to-do list. Breathe into Balance is your guided breathwork experience designed to calm your nervous system, release built-up stress, and bring you back to centre.

Through conscious breathing techniques, you will reconnect with your body, regulate your emotions and tap into a deep sense of calm and clarity. Whether you are navigating a busy career, managing a household (or both!), or simply craving stillness, this session offers a space to pause, breathe and restore.
