These sessions aim to expand upon the knowledge gained at hospital antenatal classes, to give up-to-date information and insights into breastfeeding a baby and parenting in the early days

Many mums find it ideal to book themselves and their partner into a class 6 to 7 months into pregnancy. This allows for breastfeeding supportive strategies to be added to birth plans, time to connect with local support groups, and allows for potential early arrivals!

• How to get started including positioning and attachment
