Bayside residents aged 17-25 are invited to book in to SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol (formerly SITHFAB201) By TCP Training.
ARE YOU 17 -25 AND THINKING ABOUT A JOB IN HOSPITALITY?
During this RSA program, you will learn the knowledge and skill associated with the responsible service of alcohol (RSA), which is ideal for bar staff, licensees, managers, security officers and event/function staff.
The RSA course will include information about:
- Legal requirements related to venues, minors and signage
- Assisting customers to drink within the appropriate limits
- How to assess alcohol affected customers and identify those whose service should be refused
- When to refuse service of alcohol
- Standard drinks
- Harm minimisation strategies and procedures
Need to Know
- You must be aged 17-25 years and live, work, study or have a strong connection to the Bayside Council Area.
- Participants will need to provide photo ID on the day of the Course.
- Please register details of participant not parent or guardian.
- USI - Unique student identifier is required to complete course. A USI is required for the course, it is a Nationally Accredited Course, below are the links to create a USI number or to find your existing number .

- Proof of Vaccination must be provided on the day.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Participants must be 17-25 years old
- Supervision of young people will be undertaken by trained and qualified Council staff and staff from partnered organisations and agencies
- Council staff and their agents reserve the right to exclude any young person from any activity due to disruptive or dangerous behaviour
- Completion of this registration process is a condition of entry
- Course promptly Starts at 9am please arrive 10 minutes before.

The Centre is located at 9 Townsend Lane, Arncliffe NSW, accessed from the Princes Highway Arncliffe and is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Arncliffe Train Station located on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line. The Centre is approximately a 5-minute walk from the Wickham Street Bus Stop, serviced by the 420, 420N and N20 bus lines.

The Centre is serviced by onsite parking, including 64 time-limited parking spots and surrounding street parking accessible by 9 Townsend Lane, Arncliffe NSW.
