Dr Greg Leach

Greg Leach is a General Manager AgCarE and Regional Engagement with AgForce. Greg has facilitated development of AgCarE through engagement with farmers, experts, scientists and policy leaders. He also has three decades of program management experience in consulting with over 3,000 landholders across Queensland, assisting with property management planning concerns, profitability and natural asset protection.


Michael Guerin

Michael Guerin is the Chief Executive Officer of AgForce Queensland and the Acting CEO of AgCarE. With a strong background in strategic leadership and advocacy, Michael is passionate about driving positive outcomes for Queensland’s agricultural sector. Under his leadership, AgForce continues to champion the interests of primary producers, ensuring a sustainable and profitable future for agriculture. As Acting CEO of AgCarE, Michael is focused on supporting the environmental stewardship of producers through practical, producer-led solutions that balance productivity with natural resource management.
