• We will provide a yoga mat, pillow, cushion, and blanket for your comfort. However, as you will be lying on the floor for an extended period, you are welcome to bring any additional items, such as an inflatable mattress or a beanbag, to enhance your comfort.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to allow for a prompt start. The door will close once the session begins.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded to ensure effective event planning. The Eventbrite fee is also non-refundable.
